Good, but incomplete

This film provides an interesting narrative of the events leading up to the Battle of Midway. However, it is incomplete, as it appears to be the first part of a multi-part film. It would certainly be nice if the remaining parts--with the actual battle--could be uploaded.

Sets the stage

This information was classified in 1950 which is the date shown on the final frame. This is because the very detailed fleet information on the Japanese could only have come from cracking the Japanese naval codes. At that time the US Navy did not want our enemies to know we had cracked these codes. This is a good overview of the ships available to both sides at the outset of the battle.

I love this film

Where is the second part of the film. I'm watching YouTube and there's a video from Japan that has clips of the second part of this film. It is driving me crazy
