These included Eugene V. Debs, editor of the Locomotive Firemen’s Magazine, President; George W. Howard, ex-Grand Chief of the Brotherhood of Railway Conductors, Vice President; Sylvester Keliher, Secretary-Treasurer of the Brotherhood of Carmen, Secretary-Treasurer.In addition, a board of directors was chosen, which included W.H. Sebring, of the Order of Railway Conductors; Henry Walton, of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers; F.W. Arnold and J.A. Clarke, of the Order of Railway Telegraphers; W.S. Missemer, Grand Chief of the Brotherhood of Carmen, and L.W.
