The idea of shrinking oneself and a submarine down to the size of a microbe and injecting it into the normal-sized body of a VIP scientist in order to eviscerate a pesky blood clot is no doubt ideal computer game design fodder. Centaur Software certainly agreed given that they were the team responsible for introducing Amiga owners to Fantastic Voyage, the intravenous shoot 'em up, and possibly also the 1966 classic sci-fi movie on which it's based.
