Garfield: Winter's Tail comprises three mini-games geared towards ensuring the lasagne-loving moggy's dream ends on a high note. Playing as the eternally sarcastic, eponymous feline, we must slalom down a snowcapped mountain, dodging obstacles and leaping ramps en route towards paradise; the roof of a lasagne factory. In the chocolate factory stage, we must ensure pipework is maintained to guide a steady supply of chocolate towards mechanical chickens laying chocolate eggs. Finally, we're challenged to ice skate across a frozen lake following a breadcrumb trail of edible footprints deposited by the mythical chocolate chicken.A respectable homage to Jim Davis' comic book artwork and characterisation, shot in the paw by flimsy gameplay with suspect longevity prospects.
