This survey was conducted in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966 (as amended 16 U.S.C. § 470) and OPNAVINST 5090.lB, Chapter 23. This survey focused on properties meeting the "SO-year" rule and also buildings, structures, and sites which may have significance in the Cold War (1946-1989).
