Of the three prayers, the Hon’ble Court did not want to go into the first contention that Malayalam is a feudal language that can bring in three levels of citizenship to the people here. However the second contention that no person can be compelled to study anything against his or her wishes was admitted. The third prayer that the State Government of Kerala should be ordered to provide good quality English education for the children from the weaker sections of the society was not discussed during the hearing. Notices were sent to the Chief Secretary, Kerala Government, and to the Principle Secretary, Education department, in this regard. This case was not pursued to its logical conclusion, for the High Court more or less made a judgement when disposing another petition that Malayalam cannot be made compulsory. 2011 ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട കേരള ഹൈകോടതിയില്‍, കേരളത്തിലെ സ്കൂളുകളില്‍ മലയാള ഭാഷ നി൪ബന്ധമാക്കുന്ന സ൪ക്കാ൪ ഓഡ൪ നടപ്പാക്കരുതെന്ന് കേരള സ൪ക്കാരിന് ആജ്ഞ നല്‍കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ട് (Writ of Mandamus), ഒരു റിട്ട് പെറ്റീഷ൯ VED from VICTORIA INSTITUTIONS (തൂലികാനാമം) നില്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.മലയാള ഭാഷയിലെ ഫ്യൂഡല്‍, ജന്മി-അടിമ സാമൂഹികാന്തരീക്ഷ കോഡുകളെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്കുവാനും, അവ ജനങ്ങളേയും, സ൪ക്കാരുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരേയും, പോലീസ് പെരുമാറ്റത്തേയും, സമൂഹത്തെ മുഴുവനും, എങ്ങിനെ ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് പഠിക്കുവാ൯ പ്രാപ്തരായ യഥാ൪ത്ഥ വിവരമുള്ള ഒരു സംഘത്തെ നിയോഗിക്കാനും സ൪ക്കാരിനോട് നി൪ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കുവാനും പെറ്റീഷനില്‍ അഭ്യ൪ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നു.  മാത്രവുമല്ല, ഈ നാട്ടിലെ സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നില്‍ നില്‍ക്കുന്ന വീടുകളില്‍ നിന്നും വരുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് നല്ല നിലവാരമുള്ള ഇങ്ഗ്ലിഷ് പഠിക്കുവാനുള്ള അവസരം ഉണ്ടാക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുവാ൯ സ൪ക്കാരിനോട് ആജ്ഞാപിക്കുവാനും പെറ്റീഷനില്‍ സവിനയമായി അഭ്യ൪ത്ഥിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ പെറ്റീഷണനിലെ വാദങ്ങള്‍ മുഴുവനും ഈ ഫൈലില്‍ കാണാം.2011 തനി ജന്മികുടിയാൻ ഉച്ചനീചത്വ കോഡുകൾ ഉള്ള ഫ്യൂഡൽ ഭാഷകളെ നിർബന്ധിച്ച് പഠിപ്പിക്കാമോ? ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന സാമൂഹിക വിവേചനത്തിന് എതിരാണ് എന്ന് ഇന്ന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ബോധമുണ്ടോ? ആളുകളെ വലിയവരെന്നും തരംതാണവരെന്നും തരംതിരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷകളാണ് ഈ ദക്ഷിണേഷ്യൻ ഉപഭൂഖണ്ടത്തിലെ ഒട്ട് മിക്ക ഭാഷകളും. സർക്കാർ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ, തൊഴിലുടമകൾ, അദ്ധ്യാപകർ, പ്രായമേറിയവർ, തുടങ്ങിയവർ 'സാറും', 'മാഡവും', 'അങ്ങും', 'അദ്ദേഹവും', 'അവരും', 'ചേച്ചിയും', 'ചേട്ടനും' മറ്റും. അതേ സമയം സാധാരണ ജനം, തൊഴിലാളികൾ, വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ, പ്രായംകുറഞ്ഞവർ അങ്ങിനെ പലരും, 'നീ', 'നിങ്ങളും', 'അയാളും', 'അവനും', 'അവളും', 'അവറ്റകളും', 'ചെക്കനും', 'ചെറുക്കനും', 'പെണ്ണം' മറ്റും ആക്കുന്ന ഭാഷയെ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കാൻ വിപ്ളവ നേതാക്കൾക്ക് വരെ ഇന്ന് ആക്രാന്തിയാണ്. ഇതിൽ ആശ്ചര്യത്തിന് വകുപ്പില്ല. ഒരു സർക്കാർ പ്യൂണിനോട് പോലും ഇന്ന് സാധാരണ പൌരന് സ്വന്തം വ്യക്തിത്വം നിലനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് ആശയവിനിമയം അസാധ്യമായിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. എന്നാൽ ആർക്കും ഇതിൽ പരാതിയില്ല. കാരണം, പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷാ സ്ക്കൂളുകളിൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ 'നീ' എന്നും, 'അവനെന്നും', 'അവളെന്നും' നിർവ്വചിച്ച്, അവരെ മാനസിക അടിയാളത്തിന് ഒരുക്കിവിടുന്നുണ്ട്. വിദ്ധ്യാർത്ഥികളെ 'അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ' / 'മാഡത്തിന്റെ' മക്കളെന്നും 'അവന്റെ' / 'അവളുടെ' മക്കളെന്നും വിവേചനം ചെയ്ത് തന്നെയാണ് 99% പേർക്കും യാതോരു ഉപയോഗവും നൽകാത്ത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങുന്നത്.ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ നിങ്ങൾ എന്ന് പോലും സംബോധന ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാത്ത ഭാഷ. പോലീസുകർ മിക്ക പൌരന്മാരെയും നീ, എടാ, എടീ എന്നാല്ലാം സംബോധന ചെയ്യുന്ന ഭാഷ. 'മലബാറി' ഭാഷ പാരമ്പര്യമായിരുന്ന മലബാറിൽ, മലയാളം എന്ന തിരുവിതാംകൂറിൽനിന്നും കയറിവന്ന ഭാഷയെ അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കാൻ പാടുണ്ടോ?For more on this, Search inside Telegram for @SouthAsiahistoryVICTORIA INSTITUTIONSGovernment can't impose mother tongue in primary schools: Supreme CourtCOPYRIGHT: The digital copy of this book can be copied, shared and sold by anyone without making any alterations inside it.  No permission is required from VICTORIA INSTITUTIONS for that.  The contents of the book might not be in the public domain. VICTORIA INSTITUTIONSBooks published by VICTORIA INSTITUTIONSAll books Click HereWhat is entering? (into England) Full booka.
