Go to Personalize your PC in Control Panel to select your preferred theme.The themes are in 14 categories, as listed on Microsoft's web. Click on their name to download them from Microsoft. Alternatively, click on (archive) to download them from Internet Archive. The same theme may appear in two or more categories, in which case I got so lazy that I ended up downloading them all instead of checking for duplicates.
