senaterept-752-1945 - NOV 19 - Hearing on Administrative Procedure Act Hearings on the Administrative Procedure Act. Yes, while the American people were busy actually fighting World War II, certain select wise men, were busy in Washington, D.C., crafting the new piece of legislation, to help separate American from their Constitutional Rights. This nice little piece of treason was to be the vehicle by which most American would FAIL to be able to find or secure justice whenever they would either go into the court system, or try to fight the Federal Government. The trick was that whenever there was a constitutional violation by some official, the government would CLAIM to want to help the individual American, AS SOON as they would have exhausted their "Administrative Remedies". In Plain English, it means that 99.99% of people have no rights, unless they FIRST understand and jump through the legal hoops of exhausting their administrative remedies. Of course, never mind the fact that the necessity of exhausting those supposed administrative remedies, was itself an evidence of multiple violations of the constitution, by government officials. But most Americans would remain confused, 99% would never learn about Administrative Remedies, and the LAwyers were guarantee payments for the rest of their life. As for the Average Americans, the best way to reward them, with their new BENEFITS was with another tax increase... ---
