CHRS, also known as Chris, which stands for Court Registered Investment System. This is the accounting system used by the Judicial Branch (read Judges) who often mis-allocate justice, in the interest of continuing the transfer of wealth from the defendants (that would be actual people, most of the time) to their bank accounts. Of course, something like that would never happen. That is why there is transparency and public audits of CHRS, as well as audits of the bank accounts of Federal Judges. Oh, wait. That is not quite the case. Audits of Federal Judges, never happens. Well Audits of CHRS, are not known to have happened either. Audits of the Pension system of the Judges, whether state or federal, that is not known to happen either. What about Collateralization or securitization, of the case itself ? Securitization of a legal case, happens when Judges attach a monetary judgement, or a penalty to a case, and then hold the defendant as the collateral, until the promised amount shows up in the account of the Judicial Branch. This specific illustration may be from Massachussetts, but all state systems, and local municipalities have financial ties to CHRS (CHRis)...that is one of the ways to keep the rabble in line (Rabble = those who believe in constitutional rights). - Usually, this is done by attachment of a bond, to a prisoner or a judgement. The county, municipality or agency then profers that bond into the bond market, garanteed by the taxpayers, but promising a nice rate of return. The prisonner is held as the surety, until the bond reaches maturity. The Bonds are indexed under a system known as CUSIP, C.U.S.I.P. You can look it up online. Of course, that never happens. Right, and injustice has never happened in any court either, Because Judges take an oath to support the constitution, and they actually allow that constitution into their courtroom... right...
