Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of World’s largest Coal Mining Company, Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, GoI is organizing an HR  Conference on the 17th and 18thof November,2021 on the theme "Industrial Revolution 4.0: Competing Through People Matrix". The 4th Industrial Revolution is defined by digital transformation. Every company in part is becoming a tech company. The same is true for government, non-profit organizations and PSUs. As a result, the people side of technology is becoming important for every slice of the economy.The implications are multifaceted and even profound. To succeed in the digital era, companies need to have world class talent both homegrown and from elsewhere. Employers need to develop a workforce that reflects and understand the diversity and the evolving customer & employee experience and citizens they serve. This requires not only bringing more diverse workforce together but also creating a culture and the process that will enable employees constantly learning from each other.
